What about delivery?

We deliver within 48 hours of order placement. We also make arrangements for same day delivery on request. We offer free delivery for a minimum order of $799. Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery can be scheduled on request. However, it depends on the availability of transport or driver, time of order placement and delivery schedule.

Can I order my furniture now and have the delivery later?

Yes, you can make the payment and request for a scheduled delivery at some later date. We do not charge for storage of products up to 30 days from order placement. Thereafter, a storage fee is charged.

We just moved to new condo which is very small do you have condo size sofas?

We have a sofa for all sizes and shapes of apartments. You can choose from a wide variety in leather sofa, couch, chair, sofa bed, love seat and even sectionals. We have different sizes of sofas available to accommodate your needs.

Will my sofa fit?

Our sofa sets generally fit into a normal standard door. But it is advisable that customers take accurate measurements of their doors, hallways and elevator doors to ensure that the sofa size mentioned on the website easily fit into the door of your apartment, house or the elevator.

What kind of leather your sofas made of?

We offer leather sofas that are made up of top grain leather, bonded leather as well as synthetic leather.

What is Top-Grain Leather?

This is the second best quality of leather used for sofas. The surface is sanded and then it also refinished. It is better than full-grain leather is that it is less expensive and also stain resistant. It is a preferred choice for everyday household usage.

What is bonded leather?

Warranty is only valid for our customers and not for transferable. It is also applicable to home furniture and not on commercial ones.

Lifetime home furnishings is responsible for any manufacturing defects or shipping damages that might occur.

We reserve the right to determine manufacturing defects in our furniture. Customers are required to report defects, tampering or damage to the furniture within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. Customers will be requested to photograph the defects or damages to the product and mail them at info@lifetimesofa.com.

We also offer complete replacement at no extra cost for items that cannot be repaired. You may contact us immediately to report such matters.

Different suppliers offer different terms and conditions as part of warranty and it is clearly mentioned at the bottom of the invoice of each product.

Natural products

There are certain defects that are permissible in case of natural products such as wood or leather. The sales for these products are considered final and are not based on approvals

Leather Product

Leather products undergo wear and tear and changes such as stretch and crease which is a characteristic of leather and other natural material. This is not to be considered as a defect.

Online order

For purchases made online, Lifetime home furnishings cannot guarantee the product delivered to be an exact match of the product image on the website. There are certain factors such as photography, lighting and monitor resolution that are responsible.
