Refunds or Exchanges

  • Exchange or return of products only within 7 days from the purchase date on the regular priced items. There will be an additional 20% added to shipping cost taken as a restocking fee on all items.
  • No refunds or exchanges on special orders, all clearance items, discounted items and floor model etc.
  • Final sale and no refunds for orders outside lower mainland.
  • 5% administration fees on deposits refund.

Delivery

  • Lifetime home furnishings is not responsible for any sofa that does not fit in your home or property. You as a customer need to measure the furniture and make sure that it fits well into the space.
  • Lifetime home furnishings will provide delivery assistance to the customers but is not responsible for any tampering or damage occurring during the delivery.
  • 24 hours notice required for making changes in the delivery date or time. Any notification received less than 24 hours will be subject to additional charges.

Pickup

  • All purchased items need to be delivered or picked up within 30 days to avoid any storage fee thereafter.
  • Date of purchase coincides with the date of invoice and not the date of delivery or pick up.
  • Original invoice to be provided for pick up

Assembly

  • Lifetime home furnishings will charge extra for assembly or picking up the packing material.
  • Customers need to assemble the following products: All coffee tables, diningĀ  tables , side tables, and All Bar stools.
  • Lifetime home furnishings receives the right to cancellation of an order prior to its pick up or delivery.
